Your car was repaired. Its resale value wasn't.
Once an accident is on the record, buyers pay less for the car. If the other driver was at fault, their insurer may owe you that difference. We work out how much.

Estimated value lost
–
A rough range from typical market discounts, not an appraisal. Your report calculates the exact figure from your repair invoice and comparable sales.
Get the exact figureThe repair bill is only half of it
Insurance pays to fix the car. It doesn't automatically pay for the value it lost. When you sell or trade in, the accident shows up on the history report and the offer drops.
Example: 2022 SUV, 28,000 miles, rear-quarter and bumper repair.

Questions
What is diminished value?
The drop in your car's market value because it now has an accident history, even after a good repair.
Who pays for it?
When another driver caused the accident, you can usually claim the loss from their insurer. Rules and deadlines differ by state and policy.
Do you negotiate with the insurer for me?
No. We prepare the valuation report and demand letter, and you send them. If you want someone to negotiate or go to court for you, talk to a lawyer.
What do I need to order?
Your VIN, mileage, the repair invoice or estimate, photos of the damage, and the claim number if you have one.
Is it worth it for minor damage?
Often not. Use the free estimate first. If it shows a few hundred dollars, the report probably won't pay for itself.
Is this legal advice?
No. The report is a market value analysis. We are not a law firm and don't act as your adjuster or representative.
